I like to make art with my body. Dancing has always made more sense to me than words, and movement has always been the easiest way for me to express my true feelings. I like to focus my movement and work on things that make me feel good in body, mind and spirit. Even when my work touches on more sensitive matters (such as mental health or death and grieving) I always seek to bring my movement journey to a positive conclusion. Dance has helped bring me out of the darkest moments of my life. I hope people who view my work can take some kind of positive message away from what they see.
